As a child myself I was touched by seeing
'black children' maybe because I was impressed by their
colour. I dont know.....
Years
later in Kenya, in 1996 when I stayed in Kenya I felt a deep
sorry for the streetchildren. I just cant understand that
this is possible. How? Why? there are so many rich people in
this Kenya, do children have to suffer? Sure you cant feed
them all... but still.
I feel
incredible happy and gratefull when I am at the compound in
Kenya and the children are returning home. Mostly they dont
know Iam around I like to suprise them. I hear them calling
me "mama Simba! " hugs and kisses.... love...
Giving
out clothes from sponsors, some presents, shoes and they all
look so happy. You feel pain when you wonder how old Gregory
will get knowing he is HIV positive....
There are
still thousands of orphans in Kenya, everywhere. Living in
very sad enviroments, one room with 6 people, some days
passing without food, no fees for school, no
future.... I cant help them all even if I want... please
help me to help them....at least to offer 50 of them a
future, a life....
