Registration fee are paid once and not refundable. You pay the fees after we have received your registration form and have sent you our agreement. The agreement you return to us with your signature after you have paid the registration fee.

Participation fees are paid three months before you arrive and will be refundable as follows: cancellation from 8 weeks till 4 weeks before departure 50 % of the fees, and from 4 weeks till arrival 100 % of the fees.

These fees includes accommodation sharing with three other volunteers, three meals per day, coffee en tea. ( drinking water is available)
