After you have confirmed your booking with us we will sent you an
invoice with the total amount. We dont demand a deposit from you but
will highly appreciate if you agree to pay a deposit. This is
because we need to pay the lodges and hotels a deposit to prevent
cancellation. If you book within 6 weeks before departure then you
have to pay the amount in full. ( unless agreed otherwise)
We kindly request you to pay the total amount 6 weeks prior arrival.
You can pay by cheque or transfer the amount to our bank in the Netherlands.
We also accept payment through Paypall however there will be a
additional fee of 4 % ( the charges of Paypall)
