The houses are each individually designed to house families of 4 up to 12 persons. Indigenous art interwoven in the interior design, spacious bedrooms with double, single and bunk beds, mostly en suite, create a luxurious ambience. Beautifully equipped bathrooms have tubs as well as showers, bidets and double washbasins, and some have a heated Jacuzzi. Many bedrooms are at treetop level, with unique windows overlooking the natural forest. All have spacious verandas with huge, soft cushioned Lamu sofas to relax in.

Within the compound is one of the deepest and most attractive swimming pools on the entire south coast (at over 4 metres depth it allows for dive training). There is a huge rock construction with a water slide, a pool bar with underwater seats, submerged music speakers and underwater lighting makes it the centre of attraction. The water is ozonated requiring only a minimum addition of chlorine, making the water silky soft to the skin.

For guests’ use there is a netted-in tennis court, a sand volleyball court and a pool table. The roads within the compound are absolutely flat and smooth, making an early morning or evening jog around the extensive grounds a sportsman (or sportswoman)’s delight.

At the office, modern communication facilities are available for those who need to remain in touch with the business world or with relatives.

Forest Dream, a peaceful holiday hideaway, is, nonetheless, very close to the main Diani Beach Road and the white sand beaches and clear aquamarine waters of the fabled Indian Ocean. As well, within easy reach are shops, a hospital, banks, restaurants, a full sized golf course and discos and casinos.
