If you want to know how the booking procedure is read the
instructions, the conditions, and payment facilities. It all start
like this: after visiting our website whereby you can find a lot of
information about Kenya, Tanzania and later other countries as well,
you might be interested to book a safari or any other trip with us.
To find out what we can specific offer you we request you to fill
the form for information and send it to our tourist information
desk. You will get an answer within 2 working days. If you have
changed your mind in the meanwhile feel free to correct your form
and sent us again or reply our email.
When you want to book with us, you just sent us either the
booking form request with
the facilities you want to book or use the form with the complete
packages if you want to book a package. If this is not working just
sent us an email with the facilities you want to book and we get
back to you.
After your confirmation we will send you the invoice. You have
agreed with the conditions and accepted them. For lodge safari we
are forced to request you a deposit unless we agreed otherwise. We
must pay the lodges in advance to avoid loosing the rooms. To
garantee you the rooms and for our own security we kindly ask you to
pay a deposit according to the amount you have to pay. The
balance you are free to pay 6 weeks before arrival to our bank
account or at arrival in any currency you prefer. You can also pay
with your credit card to our European agent in The Netherlands. The
agent will then secure the payment to us.
After receiving your payment you will receive an email with
information you need to know about arrival information,
contact numbers of the offices. After your payment is
received you will be informed about it. We from S'Harity Safaris
welcome you to Kenya or Tanzania and will treat you as our special
guest from the moment you booked till you leave us.... with a
unforgetable memory. And dont forget, we share our wildlife and
culture and frindship with you, book with us and reach your hand to
