Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara
We leave Nairobi between 09.00 am and 10.00
am to proceed to the Masai Mara.Passing
the floor of the great Rift valley where we have a short break to
enable you to enjoy this stunning view over the Valley. After
passing the valley we continue the route followed by lunch
In Narok, business town of the Masai.
After dropping of the cook to start to prepare
your dinner we will have a short gamerdrive to introduce you to
the famous Masai Mara, known from Discovery and animal Planet.
After the gamedrive you can take a shower and a break before your
dinner is served at the camp. You can enjoy the Masai dancers if
there is a show or sleep early to be awake in time for your first
real gamedrive early morning..
Day 2: Maasai Mara
Full day spent exploring this unique park which really forms the
Northern part of the famous Serengeti
National Park. Meals and overnight at the camp.
Day 3: Maasai Mara
Morning game drive. Afternoon optional nature walk
to the Masai Village or game drive. A visit to a Maasai
village is available at an extra cost. All meals and overnight at
the camp.
Day 4: Maasai Mara to Nakuru
After breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru. Picnic lunch and stop at
Lake Elementeita en-route. Lake Nakuru is world renowned for its
masses of flamingoes and is often referred to as the "Pink Lake".
Besides birds, it is possible to see game like Waterbuck, Impala,
Rhino and Buffalo in the surrounding gardens. We arrive late
afternoon and proceed to the budgethotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Nakuru to Nairobi
After breakfast proceed for a game drive. In this
park we will find the rhino sanctuary and the millions of
flamingo's covering the lake like a pink blanket. After lunch
we leave Lake Nakuru for Nairobi arriving
in mid or late afternoon.
